Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for most furniture items. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and rugs?
We accept returns on select rugs and decor within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for changes. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placement to request a modification.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
